Star gazing in Bentham – Friday 4th November

Star Gazing returns to Bentham Golf Club on Friday the 4th
November 2016 from 8pm!

Robert Ince will guide you on an incredible journey through the constellations and along the Milky, while showing you how to find all sorts of heavenly objects for yourself. There will be powerful telescopes for you to gaze through, all operated by a local astronomer, who will attempt to answer any questions on life, the universe and anything in between!  Robert will tell you more about our Dark Skies and show you some of his breathtaking imagery and videos of the objects we hope to see when we go outside, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t cooperate we’ll still have colourful talks, videos and telescope demonstrations, together with friendly advice on how to get started in this wonderful hobby.
