2011-08-22 Parkfoot 012 GAll caravan holiday homes at Parkfoot are sited on concrete bases, and sited in accordance with best practice.  Each has a flagged patio.

At Parkfoot all caravans are connected to piped propane gas (no gas bottles), electricity, water and sewerage, and digital TV.  Sky and Sky + are available on request. WiFi is available if requested.

Our holiday homes may be used for holidays only and may not be residential permanent residence. This is in compliance of our site licence.  A useful document is available to help you understand how to make the best use of a caravan holiday home. Simply follow this link We do  have 16 residential park homes at Parkfoot. Occasionally one of these may be offered for sale.

Parkfoot holiday homes are exclusively for use of their owners: family and friends are welcomed but sub-letting is not allowed. This helps maintain the  peaceful atmosphere that our customers enjoy.

Current charges:

Annual pitch fees     Pitch fees are reviewed annually in October and the rate for following year is notified by 1st November. Payment due by 1st February.

Fees for 2017:
General  £2120.00,  Premium (eg riverside) pitches £2450.

Rates are recharged annually payable April using the caravan size as the basis of calculation.  Rates have been subject to standard rate VAT (currently 20%) since 2012.

The average rates charge including VAT for 2017/18 is £164.18
(Holiday home size 35’ x 12’  £ 156.57,   38’ x 12’ £ 169.99.)

WiFi  Wireless internet access is available to all customers to browse in the comfort of their own holiday home or residence. The fee payable is £150 per holiday home per 10 month season,  £180 per calendar year for the park homes. This fee includes a support line operated daily until 8 pm.

Insurance is mandatory. In order to offer customers choice, we are now able to recommend the Compass and Leisuredays schemes and will offer cover each year. Alternatives are available, but it is essential that these are checked for suitability to our park, and  sight of the policy and proof of payment will be required.

Utilities.   Electricity, propane, water and sewerage are invoiced quarterly.
Each holiday home has its own gas and electricity meters.                                          Electricity is charged at a ‘pass through’ rate, currently 0.115 pence per unit + 5% VAT
Propane gas is purchased in bulk and the price is calculated quarterly, currently £2.01 per cubic meter + 5% VAT.

In addition we offer various services including in the spring, caravan and pitch washdowns, gas appliance and boiler servicing,  and in the autumn winter drain down and antifreeze checks.
